Kishor Ji was an uncut diamond with a completely different character with full of scattering and aura of musical lustre. Without any institutional background of music, if a person could sing such melodious songs, I wonder what he could have achieved otherwise.
Yes and not only that, he was also a music director and lyricist - all for a language (hindi) which wasn't his mother tongue and he didn't even know saregamapa but he could play the harmonium and piano. Sheer genius!.. not to talk of his non music skills.
