This is a great idea. We tried to duplicate it in our shop but had a problem. The ACM would snap off while trying to bend it over. This only happened on one side. We tried different brands of ACM.

Hi Matt, That defintely sounds like a brand issue, the composition of the board is really important. Look for ones that indicate the board can be fabricated.
