See below for a step-by-step guide for SteelTrak Squaring Arm Calibration:
    1. You will need: 1 x 5mm Allen key, 2 x 17mm open ended spanners/wrench, 1 x decent sized sheet mountboard or card
    2. Place card securely in place & clamp
    3. Make 2 cuts in board at top & bottom
    4. Turn board 180 degrees back to front
    5. Place blade in bottom cut, clamp & make cut at top of board
    6. If 2 separate cuts at top, squaring arm needs to be calibrated: loosen 2 x screws on legs, loosen bolt on left of slideway, tighten bolt on right of slideway
    7. Turn screw on adjustment block: clockwise if 2nd cut was to right of 1st cut, anti-clockwise if 2nd cut was to left of 1st cut
    8. Run test again and if no gaps in top cut, tighten screws and bolts, SteelTrak is calibrated

First off, this is a great video! Thank you! Very informative!
I'm completely new to this industry, and I'm coming in as printer of my photography work. So forgive me for such a silly question. I'm considering investing in a Steel Tracker, specifically for cutting dibond (ACM, Max Metal. I'm' currently using 3mm Grimco's Max Metal), and I would love to see a video on production cuts with the steel tracker. I'd love to see how to say, cut five 8"x12" pieces of dibond. Or something like that say, eight 5"x7" pieces and so they are all the exact same size (i.e. using the production stops). Also, I'd like to see it using the new C2 head. I want to make sure, it is one cut and done. Currently, I'm scoring and snapping with a utility knife and then I have to sand each piece which takes forever and is a dirty process. Thanks! And I hope to see a video soon. Also, I'm not adverse to table top cutter? Can you cut dibond on a table top cutter and do they have production stops? Thanks.

Hi Steve, the SteelTrak is a versatile machine where the production stops can be set to cut precisely the required size in one easy pass with the edges already finished, we can certainly address a video showcasing this for you. The Evolution3 SmartFold and Evolution3 BenchTop have the ability to cut through aluminium composite panels using the Rocker tool head and specialist TechD.012 blade, although this isn't a 'one cut pass' and potentially requires some finishing to deburr the edges, the E3 range do not have production stops.

Hi, I work at a printers that hasn't long been doing Large Format in house, we have the steel trak 250, we are very happy with cutting ACP using the head (although will mention to the manager about the new cutting head). I'm glad to see you will be doing the vee groove cutting head next as we have had issues trying to use it. The cut deepens as we move down through the board. Even adjusting the blade to be very very shallow at the start of the cut it will shortly dig deeper into the ACP often going through the second layer of aluminium. Do you have any suggestions to help us get a consistent groove through the whole panel? Note the size of the panel doesn't seem to make any difference to our problem.

Hi Andrew, We are glad to hear you found our first 15 minute live training session useful and thanks for taking the time to ask a question regarding the V-grooving tool on the ST250. We do actually have a suggestion to help you get a consistent groove over the full length and you can find a video explaining this on the support section of the website in tips and tricks www.keencut.com/support-category/steeltrak/ and the link here takes you to the following video: ua-cam.com/video/9tGvzcCXbWg/v-deo.html
