Great guide and instructions. I dismantled the valve and found it blocked by limescale. Spent a while scraping it out, but when tightening the nut that holds the valve in place, it ripped the valve off the pressure tank. I expect that's a write off. Shame as it would have been the 2nd repair following Alex's videos.

Look on Ebay for a spares or repair of your model, I have just picked one up for £15 for parts 👍 just check it's the same as yours they are very similar

Hi Alex, have a different problem with a 3 year old 332012 model. Pump works, tank heats up, anti-scale seems to work but iron does not heat, so no dry ironing or steam. Have checked iron element and thermostat switch and they are okay. Maybe the circuit board but can't get a spare. Any idaes?

If you don't have the temperature turned up it can cause water to come out of the sole plate on the iron, if that's where its coming from

Hi Alex. I cracked the base of the water tank (I let it fall). They don’t do replacements for my elite model.
Any ideas how I can fix it. Needles to say I’ve tried a lot of things to seal it. No joy.
