I would be fascinated to know how all this exploration of Christian denominations has changed our host. He’s very careful to keep his opinions to himself, of course. But I do wonder what’s going on inside his head and heart. Great work in any event.
"Changed"? How so? As far as I know, he comfortably teaches at some small Independent Baptist college and finds extra fulfillment and $$ with this UA-cam channel. The denominational "factoids" won't typically move "head and heart." As a Calvinist, you (and I) would expect God the Holy Spirit to effect any substantial "change." In my 55+ years as a regenerate believer, the most important secondary motives for "change," are $$ (paycheck) and/or sexuality (marriage/family).
@@wheramiI recall he said that he and his family were Christian in a vid a few years back. Personally I’d put money on him being either in a full Reformed denomination or maybe Anglican lol
He said in a previous video a year or two ago that he is Baptist. But i don’t remember which one and he wants to remain unbiased and objective so he doesn’t like to make a big deal about. It.
I wear a headcovering outside the home, and occasionally I'll throw on a baseball cap if I'm just running a quick errand. I'm so excited to wear my Ready to Harvest cap out and about!
We're a family of 1 income feeding 4 up here in Canada and 6 more down in Cuba, but I still hope you'll be selling those caps by spring as merch in the store. Could this be a possibility?
So cool! Have been following your channel for a while, but didn’t know you had this. Do you think you’ll ever form a nonprofit for this ministry, so it’s tax-deductible?
@@JasonHenderson They are both very intelligent, but I get the impression that Redeemed Zoomer has a much more condescending attitude than Joshua from RTH.
Joshua, I think that you do excellent work. But it's now time for me to leave the channel. I can't take all the bickering among my fellow believers any more. Christ is not the head of His church as evidenced by all of the rules and regulations layered on by those who run it. Your videos have demonstrated this over and over again. I'm sending you a small token of my appreciation for helping to open my eyes to how denominationalism has ruined the assembly. May God continue to bless you and your work. My prayer for you is that what you do here highlights the need for Christians to obey Jesus' command to be unified as one under His kingdom rule, free from the church hierarchy that seeks its own interests over God's will. To God be the glory forever and ever (Gal 1:5)
Praying for you brother; I can sympathize with your frustrations. I went down a similar spiral a few years ago and nearly became an atheist due to feeling so overwhelmed and dejected from the fighting and denominational differences. I have since converted to Old Catholicism, but it was certainly not a fun journey, and I have a newfound frustration with those who practice truth with little love. I hope things get better for you and that the Holy Spirit brings healing and the fullness of truth to you. May God bless you and lead you home to Him 💛🙏
@@jatar6605 Thank you so much for your concern, and I share the same for you as well. The more I look outside of the institution of the church (Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant), the more I see unity in the belief of Christians like myself that no longer count ourselves a part of the system. I had always been taught that strong denominations were necessary to keep believers in line, otherwise they would be prone to do or believe anything. In my experience the last few years especially, I find the exact opposite to be true. The focus of those outside of the system seems to be the preeminence of Christ (Col 1:15-20) and how we merit salvation only through the work of Jesus. The denominations seem to be the place where wacky ideas flourish, perhaps because of the perceived authority and reliability of those who lead them. God bless you, my dear friend in Christ, and thank you again for your note. You really made my day.
Oh, I thought you finally ran out of religions to cover and talk about... When you run out of current existing religions and neo ancient religions, you can cover each and every pantheon of extinct religions and each and every deity those dead and gone cultures used to worship. Once you run out of all of that, you can cover future possible religions that do not yet exist...

Well we know what he thinks of Jehovah's Witnesses, at least 😆
Yeah I expect him to come out as an atheist at some point

Why did I think he was telling us he got married? 😅
I think he was already married.
lol i did too
Pretty sure his wife would have had something to say about THAT! lol
Man probably has 7 wives lined up
Bro is actually older than you probably think he is. He said is age in a Q&A a while back and I was shocked, looks young for his age 😅
Not in my budget to support you financially, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t appreciate your work. I pray God’s blessing on you!
Thanks!
Thanks Jonn, I appreciate that!

You look like a farmer wearing one :D. But seriously, congratulations on the baseball cap! It looks good, I like the yellow/black combination :).
How exciting!! I would love me baseball cap!
@ReadyToHarvest what is Kingdom Theology and what denominations teach it?

@@thomasweaver3405 Yeah they're not really the same at all in my opinion, but that's what would make an interview between them quite interesting.

There's no way he'll ever run out of existing denominations of Christianity. There's like 10,000 of them.
