You did good job on this. My only problem with the old one was that it was the literal embodiment of repetition despite how long this was so the variety within the vocals is a huge relief.
I think this is very cool! I feel like it leans more into the feel of Spirit wanting to prove himself and convince DD that he is worthy, which is a great twist to this. The use of different motifs from various songs is good too, it keeps the song from getting repetitive quite well. Nice work making this!
