It’s because all three Bassett hounds feel so safe, loved and cared for that they have such a lovely personality, the home they live in clearly nurtures them all
I'm always in awe of how mindful they are! Off the leash, mine would be in the river in a flash - then trying frantically to crawl up the muddy bank, hoping to not so much get out as to avoid my catching him and thus leash him again. Thanks as always for sharing your Bassety adventures. All the Best!
Nobody moves faster than Millie moo when there's a treat in the air! Rest of the time, she's efficient with her available energy. Wallis' tail is so casual, especially the tip, it just waves around. Love them all. Cheers
Your hounds make my morning very happy to see them wagging there tails! Such a beautiful place to run around in and smell all those good things! lol ❤😊❤
Walus sure as energy but you have to remember he,s still a puppy he,s not even a year old yet i have a 2 year old basset hound and he's still very much a puppy
Selective hearing is strong with bassets! My understanding from life long observation, they are too occupied being high-end hounds, tracking instincts are superior to anything else!
Short long eared shake to all been a while since I said hi...Miss Fugglsy, my buddy of Fourteen (14) years has expired...I've been a mess...she was the best big toothed jackass, anyone could ever want...in simple terms I did not deserve her...as for Angus aging lovem while you can...just seems like yesterday I was one of your First ,(1st) followers...Wallace looks cute...
What about a leash aren’t they going to run away or get hit by a car my basset hound with no leash ran up to the street luckily nothing happened thank god please get back to me
We only let them off leash in safe areas. Millie and Angus have been practicing their recall since they were puppies. Wallace is still learning so we keep him on leash close to the carpark.
❤❤❤
It's so nice to see the hounds out and about off leash. They were having a lot of fun being Bassets. 😎

NOT TRUE! NOT TRUE! Bassets listen, they just choose to ignore us.
Spectacular genetics yes, but also spectacular ownership! Exhausted just watching Wallace lol. Wondering does your area ever get snow in the winter?
It occasionally snows more inland than us. We're very close to the coast.
Tell me about it!!! You must know my Sophie???
Is Angus still going to be registered or/and do stud.
Yes, that's the plan eventually.
