Here’s a tip when you brush your teeth don’t go side to side because all your doing if scraping your gums.So circle when your brushing your teeth because then you are messaging your gums and your teeth so a little tip and btw they make your teeth so much whiter that’s what the dentist said
you should get coconut oil to take of your makeup it literally melts the makeup off your face its amazing and the coconut oil is also good for your skin aswell as taking the makeup off
