Attachments can be added using an Alteration Bench (believe it’s in Tier 3) using that will allow you to add/remove certain attachments to your tools and weapons 🙂

Attachments are new yeah, you apply them in the alteration table. Oh and don't forget about the flatbread XP bonus!

(You’re correct. The ‘spec ops’ mission was originally labeled hard. Maybe it’s a medium now you have a mission under your belt? 🤔)

bone knife to collect bones since it collects what it needs to repair, metal knife to stab bear in face and skin for more resources. or spear bow upclose when hit can stop you from shooting.
Getting up and down cliffs (and getting to high placed ore nodes) - wood ramps are your friend. It's worth always having a couple on your hotbar for quick and easy access.

loving the series so far. once again if not for seeing you play these games i would not even give them a second thought. bought so many games youve played because you make them look so great.
There are more ores than you think. There are 'Deep Mining Ore Deposits'. You put a Deep Mining Drill on it, fill it with biofuel and just let it run. The seems to be no limit on how much ore you get from these. You need to empty it every so often, but it doesn't mine very quickly. It's worth putting walls around it just in case something wants to break it.
Icarus Intel shows the deposits on the map. What the deposit contains is random.
Meaty! shoot arrows , Strafe the bear last minute, move forward, turn around and repeat. Easy Bear Kill.
If you want to learn what the various weapons are like try 'POTSHOT: Training'. A very easy prospect on Olympus where all the weapons are supplied for you to try out. An early prospect that is quick to get to.

The dead prospectors were killed by something. The only predator in the area are bears, so it's safe to assume that the bodies may be next to the bears?
