- I made another 90s VHS touge drift tape in beamng.drive! Finally, right? All mods (except for the maps and supra lip spoiler, those are private) are public and can be found if googled. For example the Toyota AE86, Nissan s13 and 180sx, r32 skyline (the mod is actually called the 90s miramar) or autozam AZ-1. Notably, the wheels are from the d-troxx wheel pack. Music is "Shine On" by Piper.
I may appear in someone else's upcoming mount glorious time trial too, so look for that! :)

Sure did! Except fot the civics. Those were controlled via an ai path that i made using the script ai editor.

A few of the maps featured in this video are gone however, since in an update the world editor cache got cleared and i didn't back all of it up.

I used a ton of car mods, like the ae86, 180sx, 90smiramar, and hirochi prasu. All of which you can find online via google. However, the maps are private. But if you want them, you can DM me on discord and if you promise not to upload the files anywhere else online I can give em to you.
Can i ask how you control the cars, or is it multiplayer, intressted in how you get the tandem shots
I'm driving both cars at the same time, swapping very quickly to adjust each one. And i used the script AI manager for the civics.

This doesn't look like your average VHS filter. How did you make the video look like this?
It’s authentic VHS artifacts! I burned the original footage to a dvd, then using a DVD player/VCR that we just so happen to have, I recorded that footage onto a vhs tape, and then with a new DVD, I burned the VHS footage back, and then decrypted that footage on my computer. After that, some trivial audio re-syncing usually has to be done, but that’s it. I used this technique for my previous two vhs drift tapes.

How did you get the black trim livery on the ae86?
I made it myself by using paint.net and the UV layout that comes with the ae86 mod. I just unzipped the mod, deleted the blue rally livery and replaced it with my black trim skin and renamed my skin to have the same name as the blue rally livery. Then zip the mod back up and bam, black trim.

What are the car mods?
There are a lot of them, notably the Toyota ae86, Autozam AZ1, 90s Miramar, RX7, 180sx, and Hirochi Prasu. You can find these mods by googling them!

Where can I find the mr2 mod?
It’s on modsgaming US, you’ll find it if you google “BeamNG mr2”
Quick tip though, if you’re seeing the car covered in “no texture” reflections, go into the game’s graphics settings and turn the quality of the lighting stuff to lowest until you find what’s causing the issue. Also, if you’re seeing 200bx parts on it when you shouldn’t, it’s because you spawned a 200bx before the mr2 and it’s causing cache issues. Reboot BeamNG and spawn the mr2 before the 200bx and you should see that there aren’t any 200bx parts on it anymore. It’s a bad mod, but it’s the only mr2 available rn.
