People that have actually seen rocket launches and spaceX launches say this doesn't look like a rocket launch at all, if you watch videos of launches, the shape of the ionized expulsion cloud is elongated, and oval like the shape of a goodyear blimp but smoke. This does not do that and this is also not the only location it has been seen, there are other videos from around the world showing the same orb ilke craft expelling a smoke ring. I saw a video on the other Ben's channel and one of the kids in the video said something simple - the ET's aren't being subtle anymore.

exact same thing happened over Texas back in the fall. what you can't see in the video is after the ring got big, a small light ball shot from the large glowing ball straight through the circle. i caught it on video but you can't really see the ball shot through it.

It's perspective. The rocket is flying away from the camera so it appears to be stationary, but it's not, it's moving quickly away from POV through the lower atmosphere.

It’s a launch because there are other vids of launches from the same angle and lighting conditions. Dig and you’ll find a record of a launch unless it was National Reconnaissance launch which may be secret or just not advertised.

Also because of the angle the exhaust can look like a single spot for a very long time as the vehicle changes to horizontal flight as it nears orbit. This SpaceX launch shows rings being emitted. I’ve watched thousands of launches over 40 years.
I saw this at the time it croped up on the Internet on that Launch Day a few hrs later and when NN Reported on it. Its deinfatly not a Rocket/Missile or other known Craft, if you look and notice at the beginning of that Video (in your Video at 1:10 too 1:22 ), the UAP fly's in the Direction of the person Filming it, then it releases the Puls/Wave and Stops andstarts to fly back in the direction it came from roughly, so away again from the Person Filming. Rockets and Missiles do not do this at all with suddently changing direction and let alone be that slow, despite this things speed, and its far to low to be a Rocket and Missile, let alone all the other cross checked things people have done and mentioned with it being far later after Space X launch and from a different direction etc. etc. Also their have been other Reports or Video's of Similar UAP's doing this too that are not in the US ... and they where no where near Launch Sites.

You guys... we can ALL FILM OUR OWN UFO/UAP. In the daytime. I do this all of the time, and I have massive amounts of proof of them in our skies at all times. Daytime is where we CAN see them. I am passing on the gold to you. They are there... all you need to do is film the sky for 20 minutes. 4k@60fps.

It's a secret rocket test launch, it looks exactly the backend of a rocket flying away from the camera into low Earth atmosphere.
