Yes you have the option... The only connection the SD card needs is the bottom. There is still space for the second sim card.. WARNING !!! You have to cut a little the second sim card, but after that it all fits and you can use 2 sim + sd card at the same time..

it's a great looking phone, but based on my experience using it, your palm could accidentally touching the screen when you're holding the phone and trying to reach some area of the screen with your thumb, and that could be really annoying... I suggest you to spend some extra bucks and grab the A7 2016, basically the same looking phone, slightly bigger in size, but with bigger RAM and will not have the same issue like I said, been using it now
