Copper starts rambling on about "who owns this building", because he just can't comprehend, it makes no difference. Then can't identify himself, because he's a moron. Downhill from there on, because he's got the obligatory ego problem.
The contempt that policeman had for a member of the public asking him to identify himself was so depressing. And yet again they are caught covertly recording the public.
The beauty of covert recording by the Police though, is that when the Police both fail to identity and notify to a member of the public that they're recording, to the member of the public that they're interacting with, none of their bodycam video evidence can be used in court in their defence, or where it is used, ignoring their own policy would weaken their defence, and this is mostly why the Police settle all civil claims out of court, since the money doesn't affect them on a personal financial level. I'd like to see the National Police budgets being more carefully scrutinized by the government, and excessive out of court claims reducing their annual budgets. This would be much easier to implement than holding the Police financially accountable, as it would have a direct effect on the relevant regional Police force, making their job much more difficult, and since we know how lazy the Police are these days, you can bet that they'd want to avoid any situation that made their jobs harder. Also, section 43 of the Terrorism Act needs to be repealed as soon as possible, as the only terrorists in the UK are the ones wearing a Police uniform.
