    Very professional from the job centre. It's great the Manager acted like that he cared about the data breach he didn't know the laws so he contacted the police for more advice. Not getting in TLA face, harassing calm and collected lovely to see that. As well for the Security they did good.

      I think the manager called the police because he thought TLA was in the wrong for recording the data and hoped the police would do his bidding.

    Copper starts rambling on about "who owns this building",
    because he just can't comprehend, it makes no difference.
    Then can't identify himself, because he's a moron. Downhill
    from there on, because he's got the obligatory ego problem.

  • @ianrosie4431

    The contempt that policeman had for a member of the public asking him to identify himself was so depressing. And yet again they are caught covertly recording the public.

    • @NomadicNight
      @NomadicNight Рік тому +1

      The beauty of covert recording by the Police though, is that when the Police both fail to identity and notify to a member of the public that they're recording, to the member of the public that they're interacting with, none of their bodycam video evidence can be used in court in their defence, or where it is used, ignoring their own policy would weaken their defence, and this is mostly why the Police settle all civil claims out of court, since the money doesn't affect them on a personal financial level. I'd like to see the National Police budgets being more carefully scrutinized by the government, and excessive out of court claims reducing their annual budgets. This would be much easier to implement than holding the Police financially accountable, as it would have a direct effect on the relevant regional Police force, making their job much more difficult, and since we know how lazy the Police are these days, you can bet that they'd want to avoid any situation that made their jobs harder. Also, section 43 of the Terrorism Act needs to be repealed as soon as possible, as the only terrorists in the UK are the ones wearing a Police uniform.

    Managers in Job Centres should know that a "data breach" is a security violation committed by a company or organisation, not one committed by an innocent member of the public witnessing or even filming (to gather evidence) the breach. Also, security guards acting as receptionists/welcomers and viewing/dealing with private information/details belonging to random members of the public should definitely NOT be allowed!

When all the time, real crimes go unattended. And if you are able get a police cunstable to turn up to a real crime they spend as little time as possible and often do nothing to help. The male police cunstable just couldn’t shut up and accept he had no power. And walked away with tail tucked, defeated.

      They get taught how to make it up as they go along in class between drills in the playground.

      @@Katyjones518 Yet you've watched your colleagues do that on a regular basis. You've seen many videos of your colleagues making shit up as they go. Yet, somehow, you never see it. It might not be about what rubbish you've heard from me, more about turning a blind eye to your colleague's behaviour. Perhaps you also do it. I'l bet you've used the term " I’ve never heard so much rubbish!" on a regular basis. You should get out & speak to real people instead of your colleagues.

      Police love secretly filming public, and fitting public up with fake crimes. While they the true criminals!

    No..not right at all. He called the police. A proper manager would never call the police. His demeanor is devious and passive aggressive. Calling the Police is not a joke it is a very, very serious matter.. escalating to a massive degree. He is the worst type of manager.

      She did try to talk I think. It's not as easy as it looks thinking and talking at the same time, as many cops have found.
