Panama Experience- Get your eCedula here- Tribunal Electoral in Ancon, Panama City

This is the Government Building- Tribunal Electoral in Ancon, Panama City where you get your eCedulas. There are total of three locations to choose from: in Panama Este (close to the Tocumen Int'l Airport), Ancon (subject of this informational video), and San Miguelito (close to Los Andes Mall)

Requirements are as following:
-Make an appointment online
2 copies of your Permanent Residency normal copy, no apostille needed.
-Your valid Passport
-$100,-/person, $50,-/jubilados in CASH only (no credit cards, checks, etc).
Once paperwork completed, and your photo taken, eCedula ID-card can be picked up in approx. 2 weeks. You will have an exact date on your document clearly stating when eCedula is ready.
