Thank you for addressing and admitting that mental illness has become a trend.
It's incredibly frustrating. Nobody is accurately diagnosed in a 2 hour psych visit, let alone watching a handful of social media videos.
Symptom treatment is more important than the umbrella term you use to quantify all your problems. Most symptoms overlap diagnoses.
Listen to your body and take nothing at face value.
