The reason that this film franchise failed was because unlike the previous two star-gate season of SG1 and Atlantis the team was not a team. The fans wanted a family that helped and cared about each other. This team was always at each other’s throats, always wanting to slit there throats at all and every occasion. This is why you failed, this was why the fans stopped watching it again and again. I stopped in season 1 as soon as the fighting began. You did this to your selfs. If you ever bring it back i would hope you bring that family into the third season and put an end to the in house war. I HAVE SAID ALL THAT IME GOING TO SAY.

No it failed because it was a bad rip off of Battlestar Galactica.
