I have the upmost respect for him. He canceled an entire show because he found out how much the agencies were charging people to come see him. He stated tickets should be no more than $20-$25 maybe. Much love respect for him speaking the mind of a lot of us who feel oppressed from those rich men north of Richmond

I'm 69 and life has always been hard, sometimes better sometimes worse. We are definitely in a down time. One of the main reasons is the printing of more money which dilutes the supply thus it's worth less. This has been going on since the 1970's when we went off of the gold standard which used to back up the value of the dollar.
It also causes inflation because of the law of supply and demand. If there is more money in the system the ability to buy goes up ( demand ), the supply goes down, then the price goes up. It's Economy 101, the first class in college Economy classes.
I'm sure there are other things involved but these are the basics. Take care everyone.

I can relate. Last 2 years ive worked no less than 60hrs a week up to 84hrs. Still cant get ahead. The utility bills are ridiculous. Groceries are more expensive than ever and not enough money to live.

We all agree on this song and it’s meaning. I believe God raised this man up to send us all a message. (By the way, the lyric references both miners and minors.). Yes we are like a cog in a wheel and there is little we can do to change it except vote but even that is questionable now since some shady stuff happening with that as well.

He lives in Virginia and this is Appalachian folk music. He is talking about coal miners who take huge risks underground, then a lot of them suffer, become disabled from lung disease from breathing in coal dust. Their jobs are at risk due to climate concerns. Then he talks about minors on an island somewhere, which I interpreted to be the island the elites went to and sexually abused minors there.
We can no longer let them separate us by race, gender, socioeconomic class etc. We’re Americans. We’re born with a never give up attitude as Americans. It’s time we remind our government. Edit: Sweet, @mr.intolerance and Germany are with us too!!✌️

Awesome reaction! Many of us understand living paycheck to paycheck, this song digs deep. We’ve reached a point where hope, hoping for a better day, is being extinguished. When people lose hope for better for themselves and children, things start getting ugly.
When he sang the verse about Minors/Miners... He said take care of miners... He is from coal mining country and Coal miners face horrid medical issues and physical dangers working in that line of work. Than he said not (minors) as in Epstein Island... since plenty of his customers were in politics and big business.
