It's 5am...I haven't been to bed yet, and now I'm starvin. Thanks a lot! This looks insane!! I will be eating these for dinner tonight for sure!! I really enjoy the way you explain everything, your voice is calming. Take care. Thank you for doing these videos. New subscriber. You tell your wife she is a smart lady! I'm going to be using that food processor for cheese from now on. So simple and yet I never thought of it.
Thank you so much, and thank you for subscribing! Yeah, the food processor takes care of that cheese in nothing flat! Great way to grate cheese. Hope you enjoy the Nachos :)
Thanks Troy! Man these things ROCKED! Next time I'm using store bought chips. To much work involved when you can just pick up a bag for a few bucks lol.
You guys in the south are very creative. I am in Canada and im starting to cook these recipes I find on you tube and I got neighbors inviting themselves over for super. Lol. Keep it up. Looks good
Hi, I made, this recipe yesterday, along with an Avocado Pico de Gallo dip, I did take license with some additions of my own. Thanks for the information on the spices, none on hand this time around but ordered them from Amazon for next time. Your videos are very well done. Explanations, especially for absolute amateurs like myself are excellent. I passed your page around to my BBQ family and friends. Thanks.
David Holmes Hi David, and thanks for the feedback. I always love hearing from people that make my recipes. Most all of my recipes can be adapted to your own preference and ingredients that you like, and I'm really glad to hear you put it together, and loved the outcome. Stone ground corn chips sounds great, and I know it had to work very well. Thanks for sharing my channel with your family and friends. Very much appreciated :) Rus
Store bought corn chips work good too. :) I’m from south Texas so corn tortiller chips are used for nachos down here. I love the idea of potato chips (fresh chips). Never had them that way before....
This is a great video with what to do with left over pulled pork. I just did mine with some chorizo and made tacos. It was so good, but i need to give this recipe a try
Why have I NOT seen this before? Now I need to invest in Frog Bone! Those looked amazing, and the chips looked awesome too! Nice job Rus, I'm all about this one!
+Matt McLean please stay up north we have to many of you guys down here as it is. Smoky Ribs will have lots of videos for you to watch and learn to cook you don't need to move here for that
What a great way to start this busiest of weeks! Rus, man this looks tremendous! I think I'll give it a whirl along with the Christmas meal we're delivering this week!
just found this channel. came here from ballistic bbq where he used frog-bone seasonings too. i really love how you did those chips. up to now i was parboiling them first and then oven roast but they only turn out a little crispy, not as much as yours. thx for showing us!
Man, you're killin me!!! Those look SOOOOO good!! Need to get a bib out to catch all this drool. ;-) One of my favoritest things is nachos made with tater tots instead of tortilla chips but I gotta try this tater chip version!
I've just subscribed to your channel and my bags are by the door. It's grey and dreary here in the northeast, NJ. I have never been this enthusiastic about food as you have made me. Keep up the good work.
Back in the Dim Days, 1968, we invited a couple neighborhood kids to eat dunner with us and my mom served Tacos....These two kids had no idea what the tar nation we were serving them.......Clarksville TN. "What is a TAY co....?" One boy asked my mom.....My dad fell out of his seat laughing so hard.....They promptly asked us to their dinner table and my brother and I were introduced to squirrel soup, grits and collard greens...........Fair trade.
Well hot damn, u busted my Yosemite Sam's gun belt right off of me. I am definitely going to make this recipe but I gotta try it with some barbeque beef brisket. I appreciate this recipe. Luv it absolutely luv it :)

They do this but with fries at a restaurant in my hometown. They call them Hickory Stix and I can guarantee they are the best thing I have ever had. Please do this, y'all will be so impressed.
Yeah, we all have our favorites, and that's the easiest solution. When I order pizza, I have to add jalapeños to one half only, or any other ingredient my wife don't care for.
Oh man Rus you've outdone yourself to the max! Those chip look and sound sensational, I'm gonna try that method. The whole dish is absolutely fantastic I'm lost for words. Gotta have those jalapeños and I hope your wife was ok with you putting hot sauce on her side too LOL good stuff! Yum
There would be no "your side" lol. I'd lock you in the cellar till I finished it off. J/K lol This looks fantastic !!!! Thank you so much for the tip on making chips that don't over brown. Who knew? I always soak mine but didn't know about the vinegar and 3 mins boil.I have seen this method with french fries minus the vinegar. Love your channel. :o)
Always top recipes I'm from the u.k but seen a lot of your recipes and you've inspired a lot of my cooking, keep up the good work cos I haven't a recipe off you that I haven't liked 👍👍👍😋
