I just found your channel an hour ago and am so glad. I seriously wish you success in your business and that your UA-cam channel helps bring new customers. I don’t have interest in STOL; my plane is a Skystar Pulsar III with 3300 Gen-4 Jabiru. But I’ve owned 912ULS in a previous plane and these Edge Performance upgrades are compelling.
I used to run VW motors for performance. You can increase HP by making a bigger air cleaner. Like the size on a car. Try looking at a air cleaner for diesel trucks. I used to buy VW's with small air cleaners and flip for money. They were starving their motors for air.
Hi, I have got two comments or suggestions for you. I am also flying behind Edge Performance EFI equipped engine so this comes from real world experience. First - I think that the oil thermostat placed directly above heat source is not the best but I understand that sometimes one needs to do compromises when you are tight on space. Second - ROTAX recently added a new offering - several variants of coolant bottles with different output configurations, which helps with better routing of the hoses, especially in cases when this bottle is placed on different place than originally suggested by Rotax. Check this out as it might help you with better coolant hoses routing.
The 80hp engine with the 100hp cylinders will make about 95hp because of the 80hp cam. Add the EFI system and the total HP should be close to 101hp. Fuel burn should be between 4.5 & 5gal/hr.

Thanks FoesFky.
Thanks Mike . After our conversation about Edge products Ill be watching all of your videos. Best way to get HP with out gaining weight.
Thanks, this is helpful. Please keep posting EFI kit installation videos like this.

Thanks for the comments Martin. It is sometimes easier to buy a different coolant bottle depending on the layout.
What ended up being the total hp?? And fuel burn??
Thanks.

@@stolcreekaviation5507 how would this compare to the fuel burn on a standard ULS.
@@TheJasonmurphy2005 The stock 912uls will average at about 5.5gal/hr.
