as a guy from eastern kansas who never does any sort of cardio i was surprised at being able to complete it in 54 min
My weekly routine and I was inspired by some other locals to slow my pace and challenge myself to do two.

Wait are they timing up and down or just the climb up? Cause I did 38 mins my first try but that’s just going up .. and if they’re only timing the climb up there’s no way I beat a personal trainer lmao
There's plenty of way you beat a personal trainer. 38 is decent and there no prereq to being a personal trainer
@@andrewmitchell5807 true, I’ve done it like 50 times since this comment so I’m probably at their level or better atm
Damn I think the main marathon runner dude doing just less then 30 minutes shows how hard the incline really is.
Jason is a legit beast.
@@JoelRunyon I don't even train cardio and I just did it in 35:45....I actually shocked myself, my goal time was 45....been doing a ton of pistol squats and shrimp squats lately though, so I believe they paid off
I got it in 52 and I sped walked it
Would like to do it this. .
Starting off running was a mistake lol.
I started off jogging for like 2 minutes at the beginning where it's not super steep, my heart rate and breathing shot straight to the roof, and as soon as it got steeper I was like, that's enough of that....finished in 35:45 though which is not bad at all.
