It really works. I used it in my bmw e46 318i 143 hp with massive oil leak from oil pan gasket. It reduced huge leak almost completely after driving 200-300 kms. I couldn't belive what it did, but it works!
Damian, thanks for th great information and I'm glad to hear that your oil leak is completely gone. I recommend using the product in all oil changes going forward. Since it's a 318i you could get a way with half a bottle if your on a budget. _Ranfomfix
Siema.

Dzieki.
It does work. My 83 fox mustang has a weepy front crank seal and rear main and it has stopped the front and the rear is less. (The back never dripped to start with, but its visibly less.) It's only been about 500kms too. Eventually the seals will be replaced but that's a winter job and I'm not ready to drop the trans yet. Car was parked for 5 years before I got it so I'm betting that's what really started it.
i do have a leak as well on the same engine lol, but i lose like a liter of oil every 4000 km, i guess there's a stem seal problem aswell do you think this will do the job?
@@mohamedabdelhalim9892 1l per 4kkm thats 250 ml per 1kkm. Its nothing. Buy 1 bottle of additive, add to an engine. At the beggining you'll smell an onion style odour from leaking area. Ones the odour stops leak disappears. It'll take 3-4 days to solve the problem.
This stuff works and is not snake oil by any means. Nor will this gun up your engine. This fixed a slight weep on an 04 Taurus valve cover gasket and that was 20k miles ago. It also stopped oil consumption at a quart per thousand on my Nissan Altima, and before anyone point to the cat issue Nissan had, this was in an 09 that used oil from the get go. Nissan replaced the tranny under warranty at 100k and the precat was fine so definitely wasn’t a dusted engine. If you have a full blown leak, nothing short of replacing the seal will work, if you don’t feel like changing a rear valve cover gasket on a v6 give this a shot. Lubri moly isn’t gorilla snot, they actually develop products that work and don’t just plug holes.
Great info and thanks for your feedback. _Randomfix
I would have just replaced the valve cover gasket I have a rear main seal leak
My BMW has the same oil pan gasket leak lol I don't feel like dropping the subframe to get to the gasket. So I used this Liqui Moly product. Hopefully it works, I've driven a few hundred miles but haven't checked if the leak has stopped.
Thank for sharing. this will not work overnight or in a few hundred miles. If you have an active leak this may take several oil change cycles. If there is a tear in the gasket it may not be beneficial. Best of luck. _Randomfix
How is it now? Did you clean up and see if there's any new leak?
The seal is still holding, you still have to continue to add 1/2 even after the oil leak stopped. This will not help if you got a tear in the seal. _Randomfix
@@RANDOMFIX you have to add a bottle every oil change for the rest of its life? Or just for a few oil changes until you’ve noticed the leak slowed down?
Cadillac 2007 dts I might try this soon
Good luck and keep me posted.
Where is leaking?
will it work on my Honda City diesel where is small leak on rear main oil seal
The mail seal?
It’s May if. The leak is very very small. If the seals has worked its way back or has tear I don’t think it will work.
I have a Mazda cx7 turbo grand touring 2007. Hoping this works for me
Where is it leaking?
How does that seal up the main seal in the oil pan gasket without clunking up the inside of the engine? Especially in Northstar V8. Snake oil but that's just my opinion after trying that myself and only ruining the engine. SMH
we the people Ak47, cool youtube name, trust me on this, not snake oil but at the same time if you a Northstar caddy that has an inherit rear seal issue this may not work. And you right this may not fix the Cadilac rear main seal if its that leaking severely or past its service life. This was never designed to work for all application however you experiencing a small oil leak or seepage this does work. I've had luck with it over the year. _RandomFix
we the people Ak47
It swells.and.basicly melts ALL the oil seals and gaskers ruining them permanently costing you much more in the long run.
Ohhh... a ignorant biased liar.... cool
I got an 2006 Cadillac...the only way to fix the oil leak is to pay $1500-2000 by dropping the engine and sealing it.
You maybe right, it's funny that I get more comments about Cadillac than any other make. But for some cars this works, it's not snake oil as I've seen it work myself. _Randomfix
Can I use this in my bmw 320d to stop oil leak??
It’s worth a try and it might take about two oil changes to notice a difference. Make sure you are not waiting 20k miles for an oil change!
This is going to be my last ditch effort today before an expensive valve and plug gasket job on my 2013 Grand Cherokee. The gasket set is pretty affordable. The 5-6 hour labor fee is not. Just a pointer about this stuff though. You are NOT supposed to use it every oil change as it's effects are said to last for up to 20,000 miles. That's per Liqui Moly not just something I heard from youtube.
Thank you for the feedback on some of the European vehicles that I used one the oil change intervals were 20k miles. If I had an existing leak I would use it every oil change, my personal thought 💭
I take my splash guard off in spring for that reason, and also park on my concrete patio
Stopped a slow rear main seal drip 12,000 ago also
I see, good idea. May companies like bmw and mbz put the shields on to lower warranty claims as one would know.
I made an oil change, full capacity of 3.5 liters. I wonder if I can now add 300ml liqui moly engine oil saver? Because that would be a total of 3.8 liters in the oil tank. Thanks.
The capacity is 3.2-3.4 liters, the oil filter 0.4 liters and 3.5 liters of oil is added.
Yes it would be 3.8 and I feel that's too much please suck out .3 liters or add next time while subtracting .3 liters from your regular oil. Best of luck. _Randomfix
Oil tank?
Sonata 2006, oil is leaking. I changed oil recently, how much quantity should I use ?? Pour complete bottle or half?
The directional say the whole bottle. I would either suck out 300ml of oil or only add half a bottle. For best results since your sonata does take 8-9 quarts of oil like some of the German vehicles, suck out the oil or you may already by low on oil. Best of luck and let me know how it goes after your 2 or 3 oil change. The directions say 600-800 but I didn't see results that quickly. _Randomfix
My old car drive 2700km , need add 0.8 liter engine oil, should i use this product?
Yeah you could, what is the reason you are interested in using this.
if engine 3.0 how many bottle must used.. Pls give me some info thank u
I appreciate your feedback Sorry for the late reply, did you get this handled?
Think I’m gonna try this on my Touareg tdi, timing cover is leaking. Thanks to VW it’s on the backside of the engine and I’m not dropping the engine
Thank you for the feedback. Appreciate
I changed oil of my mazda 323f ba 1998 1.5.I put 3 liters of oil and I overheat engine and I put this additive and looks like it burns more oil then usual and after oil change the indicator of oil was at max F even with 3 litters wich in manuals tells 3.5 capacity .I put this additive after 3 days on hot engine and idk if it is my impression or it is really burn oil and goes level down in the middle of L and F after 180 km only.It is normal or due changing oil wasn t setlled enought in filter oil ?
Sorry for the late reply! did you find a solution?
Do I put this in after or when I change oil
Better to do when you change the oil but it can be done anytime.
Ty for fast response just finished and added it just now!

Hey I'm about to do an oil change to an bmw 06 e90, should I add this before or after the change? Thanks.
I bought two bottles, should I add one bottle before the oil change, and then another after adding oil? or is that doing too much?
Add after putting correct oil amount for engine...leave a little room for the 300ml volume by leaving 1/2 qt out of vehicle recommended amount during oil change .
Sorry for the late reply! did you find a solution?
tested on my old diesel. worked greatly reduced the oil leaks *not complete though
Good feedback. Thank you
Would u recommend on audi? If so how much ? Audi q7 4.2
same car same problem 😪
@@tudorionut4997 damn really? Where is it leaking from? These trucks are good but the leaks 🤦♂️
The whole can, it's only 300 ml. Do it after a fresh oil change and it may take a few times but remember it can seal a torn seal but for minor leaks it works.
Would u recommend this for a 2010 Cadillac DTS with a small oil pan leak?
Yeah, it will not work fix oil change, it may take up three oil changes to get a complete result and after the oil leak spot I would recommend using half the bottom going forward. _randomfix
Hi does this help front and rear main seals?
Sorry for the late reply! did you find a solution?
I bought car had to change oil oil filter now after a month oil leaks after a bit I checked it had 2 litres of oil and engine light was on sometimes hear sizzling under car I hope this works
2 liters of oil is pretty severe. Let me know what happens.
Try to cycle if you are going to try but I would try to visually inspect the leak if possible
@@RANDOMFIX head gasket is blown can’t even move car now
Aww man sorry to hear that.
Can I add to honda crv transmission ?
Nope there are other products for transmissions
That works for a rocker cover gasket minor leak ?
It could. I would run two 2 bottles over two oil change intervals.
Wouldn’t that create future sludge
I’m sure everything has a counter reaction but if you have an oil leak then it probably a good idea to keep up with the oil changes.
Hi, I have a little mitsubishi colt with a 1.3 engine 3.3L oil capacity, do you recommend putting half the bottle of additive or full if you can please explain to me thank you!!
Hi Mike, yes to be safe because the displacement of the motor is small I think half a bottle would be wise. Let me know how it goes? _Randomfix
Better idea would be to sell it. That 3cyl engine is piss.
Mike Nico
Did it work and stop leakage ?
Thx
Thanks so much for the video! I think I'm having the same issue that there is minor leaks from the oil pan. Just placed an order and looking forward to the result!
Give it a little time and it does take a few cycles to be effective.thr directions state a certain mileage but I feel it's two to three oil changes for a great result. Don't give up on it. Let me know how it goes? _Randomfix
@@RANDOMFIX thanks for the tips! I'm still waiting for the products to come in. I'll keep you posted!
So how does your oil pan now? I’m having the same problem
@@adhiti07 I added it during the last oil change. Didn't see any oil drips for a while until I hit about 250 miles. I'm thinking may the splash shield caught the oil. Again, I didn't see any oil on the ground today. The instruction says it starts working between 300-500 miles. So I will keep driving and see if it will work.
Owen Z maybe I will mix the liqui moly oil saver with the new oil before putting it in, instead of pouring separately. Thanks
Is it advisable to add up to 4 bottles in one shot... or do it in 4 steps?

Took my 4.2 v8 Audi less than 150 miles to stop oil fumes from coming out the exhaust
that means you piston seal or valve seals are leaking big time. what prompted you concern to add this? Did you remove oil to add this?
@@RANDOMFIX WERE leaking big time. I did this with an oil change. at 500 miles now.. my compression is WAY up and still nothing out of exhaust. levels have held.

Still no leakage or coming back leaking ?
@@tomytimo6343 it is still good tbh I am not driving it rn as I’m trying to sell her.
Randomfix does it seal gaskets ,main bearing seal ?
Also does this harm the engine in any way?
It's ester based. It returns the elasticity to them basically. Same stuff highmileage oils have. Noticed it smells like flowery just like motul motorcycle oil I used to use.
It has stopped my weepy front crank seal and almost stopped my rear main seal on my 302 mustang.
Sorry for the late reply! did you find a solution?
is it safe to use it with a car with automatic transmision?
Sorry for the late reply! did you find a solution?
Hi! Does it really works? Doesn’t it cause any damage?
Luis, great question and yes it works you may have to use it two or three times for it to be effective however if you have a gross ( Large)leak it will not help. _randomfix
hi will this help valve stem sealing
manga vitha
Very temporarily... Then they are ruined and must be replaced along with every oil seal and gasket this crap comes in contact with.
Manga, the product in video most but it works better on lower engine seals. I won't beat on it if you leak oil pan I would give it a try. _Randomfix

Why are you running sea 40 ok this Audi? What sort of climate do you live in?
@@RANDOMFIX sw-40 liqui moly in cold climate
@@RANDOMFIX it’s the recommended oil. I think it may be coolant that is causing this issue. I added 300ml of oil saver to the oil when it was a liter shy of full with some to top the rest of the liter off.
I would not expect that adding this to your engine oil is going to fix a rear main seal leak. There are other products out there that can help with a rear main or significant oil leak.
it rejuvenates the seal which expands it back to what it was before shrinking with age.......... it does not gum up an engine like most other products will
I appreciate your constructive comments, thank you for the feedback!
It can use for engine value seal leak
yes, but it will take sometime to work, no such things as instant leak sealer other than replacing the actual seal.
Can it fix a head gasket?
I don't think it will help with that, there are other products out there for head gaskets and I've tried them and never had any luck unless the head gaskets tear is very small but often times you damage more parts of the engine cooling systems when use the head gasket in a can repair method.
That engine looks nasty inside, liqui moly engine flush will clean it as well
