Hello, my friend. Sorry, but some of those prices are wrong.. like the slider door for example the price is $5700

For the Scarlett by Pulte in Everbe? My buyers were charged $2800 for the slider, and that's also what the price sheet I have stated.
Unless they doubled their prices in the last month or so... which is possible.
