Fantastic Show of Africa's technology on food production. Keep it up! These Catfish are really small though, compared to what i have seen in Brazil. A few artificial lakes could increase the yeld of each fish a lot, but the number of fish could decrease. Good luck and good job!
Good day, i learnt alot from the new innovation kudos to NIOMR...... but the question i want to ask is how can this kiln be properly managed hygienically that is, is there any effect this metals have on the fishes.... because the fishes are wet and the metal could lead to corrosion.... and also we see that some micro organism still lives even at high temperature.... is there a way the equipment can be properly sterilized for the next smoking....... thank you.
