It is especially Fez who belonged to the Algerians and was founded by Merinid Algerians. But unfortunately Morocco has spread a lot of lies to tourists
Next and end of the Algeria History : It must be understood that Algeria and Morocco have never been part of the same nation. This is a false belief that Moroccans like to believe in order to sow confusion. It’s simple, North Africa, long before it was called Algeria, Tunisia or Morocco, was called this: Algeria was called the Central Maghreb. Tunisia was called the Eastern Maghreb. Morocco was called the Western Maghreb. The only period where the 3 countries formed a single territory was long before the concept of borders, during the Neolithic (Prehistory). Logical isn’t it?! What gives Algeria greater wealth than Morocco is that it is here in Algeria that the very first human inhabitants of North Africa settled. North Africa was inhabited by prehistoric men and it was Algeria which was first inhabited and populated. Then they split into tribes to colonize the rest of North Africa. This is why Algeria contains so many rock engravings and paintings. This is also why Algeria has the most beautiful and largest concentrations of rock paintings in the world. Hence the nickname “Algeria, the largest open-air museum on the planet”. Little anecdote: according to the discoveries of researchers, archaeologists and anthropologists, it is believed that the first European inhabitants came from North Africa, precisely from Algeria. So, the first colonizers of the European continent came from Africa precisely from the prehistoric tribes established in Algeria. They had colonized southern Spain and Portugal. Over the millennia, Europe ended up being entirely inhabited by their descendants who became Europeans. Their skin (melanin) has adapted to the cold climate of Europe. It's fascinating. We don't realize it, but Algeria has always been a fundamental and important story for humanity.
Under the Romans Algeria (Mauretania Caesariensis and Mauretania Sitifensis) and Morocco (Mauretania Tingitana) were together, the same happened during the Umayyad, Almoravid and Almohad periods. Basically about 1500 years together until the formation of Hafsid Emirate of Béjaïa and Zayyanid Kingdom of Tlemcen in the 13th century, these two kingdoms were conquered by the Ottomans in the 16th century. You need to get some facts right.
Thank you for this little movie. Regarding the questions you asked about the history of Tlemcen, Grenada and Fez in Morocco: in Algeria there were great dynasties from the Aures and Kabylia, it was Amazigh tribes of Algeria who founded Granada in Spain, the Zirí. Later, the Zyanides from eastern Algeria conquered the west, they first founded the city of Tlemcen, then their Merinid brothers (Béni Merin) of the same tribe from the Aures, conquered the west of Tlemcen and annexed Fez and even Marrakech for centuries. It was the Merinids who spread the art of the Zyanides and Zirid of Algeria in Morocco and not the other way around. Morocco then took over the art of Zellige at the end of the 20th century for its tourism, which is why today in Morocco you can find hotels and restaurants with Zellige art everywhere, while in Algeria, it has been abandoned. The origin of this ornament comes from Algeria. In addition, if you visit Granada in Spain, he makes it clear that they are the ZIRí of Algeria.
It’s so weird to see a tourist in Algeria. My dad told me about the days Algeria would be filled with Europeans who came for holidays. Shame that it’s so secluded from the world. A country of unbelievable and immense beauty deserves to be experienced
Tlemcen is originaly a moroccan imperial city which is why you found it similar to morocco. Moroccan built it and its history is linked to morocco's culture! Now France came and colonized moroccan mands , more like annexed morocco in the noth and in the south! i would recommend you to read some historical books written on north africa and morocco you would learn a lot!
t's only natural that the architecture of Tlemcen should resemble that of Granada, since it was the Algerians of the Zirid dynasty who founded the Muslim kingdom of Grenad, where they reigned for 81 years before being succeeded by the Mauritanian Almoravids. The court of Granada then remained in constant contact with the court of the Zyanid kingdom of Tlemcen, which is where the Andalusian influence in Algeria comes from, not from Morocco, which martyred Tlemcen throughout the Middle Ages in order to take control of the city..

It is especially Fez who belonged to the Algerians and was founded by Merinid Algerians. But unfortunately Morocco has spread a lot of lies to tourists
Welcome to Algeria. But you forget something in tlemcen. There is caves close to tlemcen that go from Algeria to morroco. You should visit it

Next and end of the Algeria History :
It must be understood that Algeria and Morocco have never been part of the same nation. This is a false belief that Moroccans like to believe in order to sow confusion. It’s simple, North Africa, long before it was called Algeria, Tunisia or Morocco, was called this:
Algeria was called the Central Maghreb.
@@paulocastrogarrido3499also during the numidian empire even if it was ruled by 2 brothers sons of gaia before the reunification

Look at the taxi vehicles 😂😂
