I put the label inside the roll. I also bake bread and have too many bread bags so I place my rolls of stabilizer in a new bag and seal it with a tie. I have pets and it keeps the cat hair off. I like your method and will probably switch when I have more rolls.

Do you know if these will fit the wider rolls of stabilizer, like the 50-yard rolls? I realized they won’t go all the way around but will they stay on?
These are the smaller version. I just released the larger version that fits the 12 inch hoop. But, they will only fit around a roll of stabilizer that is 12 inches around, more like 25 yds. This is a great video! Love the labels and really need them! My question is can we embroider more than one on a sheet of vinyl? I would want to save as much as I can of the materials and be able to color coordinate like you did. I wish the material came in at least 2 of the same color to coordinate all of one color needed.
Yes you can! In the file, I have multiple files grouped together into one so that you can sew more than 1 at a time specifically for this purpose. Thanks for watching!
I am confused why the slap bands you recommend are 1 x 8.46 but the pattern I purchased is 1 x 12? 3.5 inch difference seems like a lot of space to fill/not have slap band in. What am I missing? Thank you! Looking forward to doing the project!
There are two (2) different design files: 10" and 12". This video was created when there was only the 10" design file. I added the 12" design when I found the slap bands for sale. The steps for stitching both designs are the same.
1. For the 10" design (creativeappliques.com/shop/stabilizer-wrap-bands-in-the-hoop-design-10-inch/), the 8.46" bands will work (amzn.to/3TdnlQI).
2. For the 12" design (creativeappliques.com/shop/stabilizer-wrap-bands-in-the-hoop-design-12-inch/), the 11.8" bands will work (amzn.to/433FDY0).

Can you tell me approximately how much vinyl did you buy for each color?
Hi Marilyn, this is going to depend on the design files you are going to use to sew out. I used sheets of 8" x12". As long as one side of the vinyl is 10" long, that will work. The finished band is 1.5" wide X 9" long. You can take the design files you are going to use and add all those dimensions together to get the final yardage. Sorry this is not more specific. In the end, it will depend on what design file you are sewing out. I hope some of this helps.

So the font doesn't come with design?
