This is the best longevity program I've heard in years!
Both people complement each other and make the whole a really good program!

I think it's funny that all the people touting longevity today are so young! Anyone can appear successful at longevity in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, but it's how someone looks, feels, and performs in their 60s and beyond that truly says something! Kenneth is the real deal! We should be hearing MORE from the people who are succeeding at his age! This is where the true knowledge & inspiration can be found! Thank you for publishing this interview!

I will never understand the mindset of "I feel better on 'x' diet therefore everyone should be on 'x' diet". I also read Pearson and Shaw's Life Extension book when it came out,. My memory is that they did not advocate for regular exercise, quite the opposite, they would brag about how fit they were even though they were sedentary scientists, I remember Shaw pounding on a punching bag for 10 seconds on the Mike Douglas talk show as evidence that she was in great shape from the supplements even though she didn't regularly exercise. Seralutin sounds interesting, I may try it. I am pretty knowledgeable about the "body building community", no one in that space ever talks about Follastatin therapy, you can't point to that community to claim that such a gene therapy is safe. I have been taking D&Q for about 5 years, I would have liked to have learned what he is doing to measure his senescent cell burden.

It’s difficult to meet your daily minimum protein Requirement with his diet without supplementing protein powder.

Maybe lower protein is the way to go?

I also eat Dr Esselstyns diet. No pills great overall health no arthritis or heart disease. At 75 moving many don't understand how I do it? I don't feel my age eork 40 hours a week as a machinist in a small company. Brain works like me at a much younger age. Wish i knew this when I was in my 20s. But happy i can do what I can do now, including exercise 5 days a week. Good luck to All!

Good podcast! Hope all people would have an access to all these therapies.
On another note, is your app still coming?

Thanks Olga. Yep-our developers are still in university, which is slowing down app progress-no worries, though, I'm confident they'll get it done (probably mid-2025 at the latest)...

at 1h 10m on follistatin. Exercise will increase follistatin. I suspect regular plasma donation (at your local blood bank) will do the same (ref. 2020 Conboy study "Rejuvenation of three germ layers tissues by exchanging old blood plasma with saline-albumin") at least transiently.

I've been using one skin and no joke I think that stuff works really well! I have huge forehead wrinkles that it's majorly reduced and skin feels thicker and healthier - and I've only been using it about a month before bed. I've gotten random compliments about how young I look. I've thought most skin treatments are mostly scams, but this one changed my mind.

I will add that this product is insanely expensive, so I hope competitors with same peptides come out to push the price down since it's not sustainable as a permanent skin care product for most people. Or some version of a peptide injection that would provide the same benefits but systemically. I've tried ghk-cu but it doesn't seem quite as effective as this topical cream.

He would be more believable if he didn’t contradict himself. Beans on toast vs New Zealand lamb chops I know which I choose. Me 78 with cancer but feeling good.

This guy does a lot, hard to pin down to what is working, also a bit vague on the results but cool. I wonder about those stem cells / light thing.

Key is cutting out ultra processed foods. Early man eating little processed and includes plants, fish and meats. So think is safe per what early man did so don’t agree here with Scott that all should follow his routine of just plants. He mentions dairy not good and probably most early man not with this but so ok to cut out but much research on early man with big benefit of wild fish. And ok for wild meat, eggs, etc. He is only 82 and so far ok for him on veggies only but most telling will be his health at 92 and 102. Just listened second half - Scott now saying he eats salmon so good news for him. Too saying in second half dairy from cheese - which in first half saying bad. Strange Scott is spending much time and money on many exotic treatments like follestatin gene therapy which might be good but then not doing some simple not costly things to tract what did change internally like at least blood metric level testing. Only tracking like can walk thru airport easier which is not very scientific.
