I will say this, training arms and legs on the same day is strange, but it does leave a whole two days for push day and pull day. I recently started doing this and I am enjoying it so far.
It works great for upper and lower days to take some load off the upper days and balances things overall. Also can get a better workout for the arms, shoulders, back and chest as well so wins all around.
Here's the split that I made that I will try next week: Monday: Chest/Core Tuesday: Legs/Arms Wednesday: Back/Core Thursday: Legs/Arms Friday: Chest/Back Very weird but my goal is to hit the muscles two times a week while keeping it short. I'm only using dumbbells, ez curl bar, pull up bar and a bench anyway but soon I'll get a pair of dip bars. I'd love to know your opinion on this.
“Staying hard and getting nice and sweaty” Yes actually my garage is hot AF during the summer. But I guess it balances out because it’s a frikin ice box during the winter.
You put out excellent content. Always fun and informative. Natty or not is your business. It's cool you were transparent with everyone but its said and done. No need to make any other mention of anabolics. Keep creating amazing content. Thanks Joey
Be really interesting to hear your take on the differences in training a natural needs to do vs someone enhanced. Seeing as everything on youtube about it just regards to Bodybuilding and youve trained Crossfit Oly Power and Strongman.
Like where the channel is going now, for a little while it felt like you were playing second fiddle to a number of other fitness you tubers and it bothered me a little for some reason. No doubt it payed off but often it didn't feel very natural to me as a viewer. You seem like a genuine guy working his tail off. resubscribing.
You should check out kneesovertoes guy for your quad tendinitis, I had some nasty tendinitis and I’ve been doing his stuff for a few weeks, almost no knee pain!
I do arms and legs 6 days a week essentially. I switched to a push, pull, push, pull, push, pull split with calves and quads getting worked on push days, and glutes and hams getting worked on pull days.
Love my beard for gains. Also, I lift in whatever the gym temp is. Prefer a little warmer so muscles stay loose, especially with long rest periods for heavy dead lifts or something. At home, warm enough to sweat, not warm enough to drip
AC? I live in Utah and train in my garage. The coldest I’ve trained in is about -4 degrees and the hottest is around 115. I prefer the heat. During the winter I’m wearing so much neoprene and wool I feel like I’m in a wet suit.
Did some spanish squats right after sets of tke. Accidently did them single leg tho, i missed that when i seen the IG story. but these will be added to my warm ups form now on
I've been dealing with Achilles tendinitis for the better part of a year. I'm mostly through it now, but I can say total rest is definitely a mistake. That did absolutely nothing for the healing process
Tendinitis comes on with regular poor blood flow. That is why exercises which improve blood flow instantly make it feel better. Most athletes are eating for decreased blood flow and get all kinds of aches which get worse by the year. Few athletes get enough soft tissue manipulation to work out all their tightness and allow blood flow as well. If you're not spending as much or more time with a physio (or yourself) as you do training you will start to acquire injuries. An elite athlete spends more just on recovery tools than the average man earns a week. They still don't eat for blood flow though. Poor blood flow will come from diet, tight tissue, pooling up of fluids (from inflammation caused by diet and training), mechanical restrictions (for example if your shoes or underwear is too tight). Herniated disks come from the same causes. Change life style to slowly get rid of the tendinitis and add way more recovery work, more soft tissue work, eat for blood flow and reversing cardiovascular disease/diabetes cause that will directly allow the blood to flow properly again like when you were a baby.
The Buges has discover a correlation between UV radiation and gains, so for now on it's outside workout, so no AC for me. Love the Caterpillar stache 😉💛

@@turbomanmechachrist No lights allowed. The less light the more gains.

You are hitting arms 5 days a week with inderect and direct work on arms i think its to much.
Do this
Upper no arms
Off
Arms/legs
Off
Repeat.

I'm first! Facial hair is the best for easy gains! Great workout though.
I would agree. Highly anabolic
Missed all kinds of opportunities for slo-mo! Come on, you totally have what it takes to crush The Bugez!
Lol... there will be slow mo coming I still like to educate the masses ;)
The whole purpose I'd even go to a gym is for the leg extension and lying hamstring curl machines. Slackin bro.
A plate loaded machine that does both will run you about $120.
@liamengram6326 really? Most benches in general I've seen cost that alone without any attachments.
For tendonitis look into peptide BPC 157... MPMD likely would likely agree.

Thanks for the extension tip always trying to find more excerises to do with reverse hyper
In Montana, you want that heat. It snows in the spring. I still wear a sweat suit to stay toasty.
AC in gyms annoys the shit out of me. I'm there to lift, I want to keep my muscles warm in-between sets. Not trying to get injured!
Yeah annoys me too!
