Rafael Lovato jr. you are a masteer thanks a lot for sharee your knowledge and i hope some day i can go to your academy for train and learn more about it !!!
Great video! I have a question. Whats to stop your opponent from pushing your head away and bringing his left leg up and over your head on the cross knee pass around 31.00mins
Awesome video! You switched at the 38:00 mark to the opposite side for the side smash position, totally threw me off. Other than that, this was awesome.
One method is to squat so that your knees make a table for their bottom. You can remain stable and balanced in this position, while also not straining to support their weight - when you squat you seem to have a mechanical advantage in supporting their weight. You can squat longer than they can keep their guard closed in this circumstance. Plus as soon as their guard opens, you can fill the space and resume your pass. This is not "the" way, but only "a way" and there are many options. My method is also not fool-proof.

Anyone have an answer for when you try to break their guard open, and as you pick them up they follow you all the way up?
