I really like that you show all the work put in before making the wheelie hopover or whatever. It would be so easy to just edit and show immidiate success. Keep it up!
I've always kind of wondered why no one took newer sleds in the 130 track length range into the mountains because there was a time when 136 was the longest track you could get
Back in the day we had no choice but to ride short tracks under 136 in the mountains weighing nearly 700# full of fuel. Back than you had to pick your lines to be successful
Awesome man. I got a couple questions though. Do you prefer the 155 2.75” for most things? Also where was this? And was it this year? Also your sled is a 2023 9r Khaos right? Also what Go-Pro do you use? Sorry for so many questions lol. You are so skilled it is amazing to watch!!
I’m 15 working and doing school and I’m gonna start saving for a new Polaris for next year what would you prefer a 23 Polaris 850 kaos 155 or a 9r kaos 155 or a turbo
Greetings from Norway@@CalebKesterke , amazing riding and what an inspiration you are. I'm wondering if the track has 3 inch lugs? 🙂 If so, you think 2,5'' or 2,6'' will take you places like the 3''? Edit; watched the video now which I should've done before commenting. Anyways- thank you!
The bigger the driver the higher the gear ratio. Putting 8 tooth drivers on instead of 7 tooth gears it “up.” The drivers are not equivalent to a dirt bike rear sprocket which is probably what you are thinking of
Not to be mistaken from driven mechanical gears,,, mechanical advantage increases if you decrease the size of the front sprocket or increase the size of the rear sprocket. For bikes jeeps and snowmobiles are the same
@@jakeowens1770 That’s not how it works on sleds. Larger driver = higher gear ratio and more potential track speed. A 137 geared down wouldn’t work with a QD2 and stock clutching. This video wouldn’t even exist because my sled would’ve ran so bad.

NOBODY rides harder than this man! You are him

Next level, and you make it look so easy! Your a flippin animal dude! Keep up the great work, and thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
That 137 had no business going up that chute, but there you go doing a bowtie at the top!
I absolutely love seeing where a 137 can go in the steep and deep! (With a whole lot of talent at the helm) lol
It’ll go a lot of places! Especially in spring snow
The ultimate crossover sled
Gotta get one of them looks fun as hell
Guy makes it up the mountain on a 137, I get stuck on the trail with a 155. Its the rider, not the sled. Get after it Caleb.
One of my favorite places to ride 🤫
Caleb like the Muhammad Ali of polaris riders
He’s a beast just super runs when the sled runs away
I don’t like my sled getting wrecked 😂
@@CalebKesterke no doubt you do have sweet sleds man 🤟🏻

It was last seasons spring and it’s a 9r khaos
🔥 🔥 🔥🤨👍🏻
Do you remove foam from side panels and hood on matryx for weight loss?
Yes I remove it. Not for weight loss but because it holds water and ice and drips onto your clutches
@@CalebKesterke Is it not necessary to install thermal protection on the panel on the muffler side?
@@user-st5oc8qy5m I haven’t had any issues without it

146 no need for 155 if you dont ride in really really deep snow!!!
@@j_bj0rklund okay was just asking cause I go up to the mountains up in bc in the winter
I’d say start with an 850 and ride that a few years then decide what to upgrade to after that
@@wyattpeters607 146 is enough for Mountains
Where did you get your track and rails from?
Iceage Bomber rails, Composit m66 track

@@CalebKesterke gear ratio and torque are inversely related is what I'm saying
Only thing keeping the skis in the snow on that beast is running out of gas 😂
Looks like a one trick pony.
