i go through massive gaps of not producing content. I am currently on a SM break from tiktok and fb and insta. I hate the hard sell and I am now trying to rebuild my YT channel which is going better but it is still very slow. I suffer from lack of consistency, but i keep trying which is the best motive. I sell courses on my own site and do ok but im trying to push forward to be full time now.

Dude we need a podcast where we just talk abt our Asian moms. My mom’s favorite line is “guess how much I paid?!?” She’s Chinese. I know this mindset that you speak abt. I’m almost 50 and my parents are still married. Our money mindsets are very different. Great episode.
A lot of this depends on your goal. Is your goal max income, or maximum uplifting of others. Charging more can help you uplift more by freeing up your time to produce free content for wide distribution and more reach. Have to free yourself before you can help others, but selfish dollar chasing is not the way, and doesn’t help others.

Been very consistent posting 1to2longs & 1to2 shorts per week, every week for just over a year now l on my faceless channel. Managed to grow the channel to 1400 subs totally organically, but only have 1700 watch hours. Shorts are 1 min each, & longs are anything from 3 to 11 minutes. I created & Posted 192 videos todate, so its been a tough journey, but im finally getting some good traction. Not sure how to make money other than the hope for eventually getting monetized.

Really like the insights. Here’s what I see is changing. People tune out to “expert” type of content. Sell them why they would want your offer. Don’t sell a business coaching, sell why would they want it.
I made a course last fall and sold about $800 of it… and you know, I felt that in my bones. People weren’t going to make it through the whole thing. And I felt bad continuing to sell it! SELL A PROGRAM. what an unlock.
I failed at consistency after my newborn baby arrived. I work full time, I am currently studying CFA Level 2 and with the arrival of baby I had too much on my plate.
Good luck to you no matter when you finish your level two and level three! Don't be too hard on yourself a baby is more physical and psychological work that leaves you exhausted then anybody bets on

I wouldnt say they are terrible buyers because many go on fancy resorts and drive expensive cars. They're just stuck at Giving money to their church to Receive Free Sermons and Revelations. Once they see themselves in a Leadership role and learn to be on the Receiving end, they'll let people give them any amount of money in return of their life changing service.
