Unfortunately not the Tool company it once use to be from recent experience.. the after sales Customer support team towards customers and end users use to be second to none from the Sealey team. With the agent handling the enquiry being very keen to get the issues swiftly resolved in some shape or form. These days from our experience. its totally the opposite unfortunately. After sale support Agents are now keen to just kindly push the customer / end user onto the supplier to deal with. unfortunately the Sealey support team are just there for their dealers from what we have experienced. It’s not good.
