yeah and ? he wasn't lying, Dustin was just a better MMA fighter, Conor was too focused on boxing and it ruined his style, in the 3rd fight Conor was also is amazing shape, he focused too much on kicking to get back to his old style and took a risk and fought with an injured leg that unfortunately snapped in the first round, he was still in amazing shape and obviously trained hard for it

It's like everything unraveled for Conor as a fighter at once. Got beat by Mayweather came back jumped in with Khabib who I think really changed him with that beating. Then his boxing stance betrays him, he gets his calves kicked and ko'd. He rematches goes back to his original style does look better but by now he's gotten figured out. Take Conor down in round one and keep mixing it up the tank will run dry. All his ko's but one in round one all his wins but one that matter at 145. Now he's had a serious injury. I think all that's reasonable to expect if they manage his comeback well is win some lose some have a little more Conor fun.

To summarise what your saying…‘it’s always easier looking from the outside in’ rather that the other way around. Hopefully Conor has realised this and picks a good matchup for his comeback as he’s only got a few big paydays left as since he’s been gone the field has improved. Not sure what his best option is these days as every division he’s competed at have all got a worthy champion and contender. He’s no longer the top dog but he still draws the biggest crowd and hype and that’s all that counts these days. I’ll be supporting him no matter what. Can’t wait for his next bout. 🇮🇪

To be fair Coach Kavanagh knows very well the stage of conor’s fighting career . After seeing him in Fights and his performance it pretty much shows how his training is going on and what level he trains at . Maybe he no longer trains as his starting phase so Coach is smart man and knows as long his name is with Conor he stays in spotlight and good for him

170lbs thought...if Nate almost ko'd Leon...imagine Conor's success. I mean Leon took forever with Cerone while Conor took moments. He should really consider going up on that premise. I mean your last post was on Nate was him not waiting on Conor so it would be wise for Conor to jump on Leon at some point the same way he should have (actually he did, but Dana said No) jumped on Masvidal. Fighting Leon may actually allow him to bypass Colby which would be ideal with Conor's cardio/confidence issues. I believe he has a better political argument at 170 than at 155 regardless of that one time he held a belt there. I do believe he really needs to turn over a new leaf to (in skills) if he wants to be champ in either division because height and reach will handicap him...unless he wants to drop way back down and fight Holloway, Emmett, or Rodriguez lol 🤷
