I saw season 1, which was OK (liked it) and first half of season 2 and then they pulled it off Prime for some reason. But the first half of season 2 was kinda crap to me. The guy playing Billy is first of all, Tall and way too serious for Billy's character. Billy was a jokester, much of that because he was like 17 when he started in the Regulators, so was definitely on the immature side. This guy is way too serious. Also they don't have Doc or Chavez in the series (what I saw in 1.5 seasons) which is mind boggling if they're trying to be accurate to the true gang.
Eventually Taylor Sheridan will run out of ideas then come up with “Yellowstone 1620” where the Duttons are Pilgrims on the Mayflower, cowboy hats and all.
Man, I've been waiting for a Blood Meridian movie so long. BUT- I know that it's very difficult to transfer from novel to screen due to it's complexity and pure human violence. I believe that the production team knows this as well, and needs to be careful on how they adapt this. It's not the next BIG Hollywood box office hit, but instead, it's like a very disturbing, raw, and abnormal story.
Given it’s an alternate universe as the video maker stated, I’m not sure any of it is based on REAL historical characters since you know… the whole universe isn’t real
they better be more accurate this time, because the original movie took place in 1902, which is where the gang disbanded. and there was more gang members, like 1 one or two, rather than 7, but the rest are associates. And Butch wasn't the Leader of the Hole In the Wall gang, it was loosely allied gang
@@Blicz007 yeah no, its a historical account of real life people, Napoleon was bad, but at least they made it true to Napoleons character, white and average height (for that time period).
Start making cowboys of the true old west look like them (not hollywood ), only tombstone looks like 1800s style of dress, hats worn high( like boothe powers, ) no triangle hats ,mostly mustaches, and shirts button 2 the top, type of scarfs worn, 2 mention of few corrections
we need to put, what makes a western. the way I see it, the wild west started in 1865, few months after the civil war, and ended on december 30th, 1900, where wild west figures officially retired or died. Antebellim era wasn't also the south, it was the north too. from 1810, or 1820, to 1815, yes the Antebellum era is confusing as Wild West time frame. So Django Unchained, Red River is an antebellum film, are historical Drama's. Not accurate but it is in that category. Why is it so hard to understand.

I cannot wait for Frontier Crucible and Armie's comeback❤❤❤
Dark Winds is my choice. Hillerman has created so much material from which to pull great storylines.
Can't wait for billy the kid season 3.

I've wanted a western about Dallas Stoudemire since I was a kid . I'm 73 so its been a long wait.
Longshadows sounds like a remake of Steve McQueen movie, “Nevada Smith”
Tell Sheradin to finish something first.
Season 2 of Justified!
Was hoping to hear updates on the 3rd seasons of both Joe Pickett & Outer Range TV shows.
Both canceled and no indication of them being picked up again sadly
All good news, cross fingers for horizon saga
Waiting
Butch and Sundance....I smell shite
Take a shower, hope this helps
@@michelle.pearl.Take your own advice.
@@michelle.pearl.Butch and Sundance will flop big time.
@michelle.pearl. I did still think the same
A blood meridian movie has been in “pre-production” for years if not decades

1883 and 1923 are amazing, actually better than YS IMO.
I will watch everything sheridan does bring on more shows

Im scared to watch blood meridian
This is supposed to be a list of westerns. If there are cars in it then it's NOT a western.
It can be a western. See Cowboy and the Movie Star
The usual woke nonsense with the remake of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, they’re based on REAL historical characters neither of whom were black.
Cry
@ I just won’t bother watching it, as will many others, the original can’t be bettered anyway, enjoy your soy latte.

Hollywood has moved on from animated live action train-wrecks to rebooting classic westerns.
Western genre is about to be gunned down by modernity
