Latvia/Raivis is so adorable but vulnerable, he needs love, protection from the right country who's also as strong as Russia but anyways he has come a long way, at last being free from the Soviet Union, he can get more love and happiness that comes his way, I also feel for Nyo Latvia too, she'll need the same care too along with the other baltics
As a latvian, i feel latvia would rather be a heavy introvert and would resemble L from death note, in my opinion, tho it would be moderately intolerant, but would have a heart in a right place
