    There are 100s of chefs on UA-cam showing 1000s of recipes but I visit your kitchen to enjoy your masti style, sadly that's missing today. The older music was so much more enjoyable. I want my original Sanju back.

    Main differences in the Afghan Lamb version: we don't use tumeric or ginger & for the 2nd type of onion, we don't cook it, but marinade it in vinegar & top the dish with it raw & serve w/ plain yellow lentils. Then serve everything directly over lavash bread. This chicken version w/ yogurt looks good, we will try it soon.

    Hello chef I don't have fresh red chillies or red jalapenos could I used fresh green chillies paste instead

    • @MrBijoycj
      @MrBijoycj 4 роки тому

      Since Chef does not reply these days, i thought let me help you Priya. You can use any fleshy green chilies incase you don't have fresh red chilies, by the way fresh red chilies give two values, one is the color and the second is the taste varies a bit in between the red and green fresh chilies. however if you don't have fresh red chilies you could use the fresh fleshy green chilies.

    1) The background music - it some how doesn't fit in with your personality, I kindly request you to take it away
    2) Looks more polished like the regional TV food shows - Please step back into to your old way of being YOU!

My daughters are very picky but they love chicken tikka masala and butter chicken. I used makhni gravy for almost everything. With vegetables, with paneer with chicken. And they love it. Thank you so much chef for making my daughters a good eater. :)

    I question garam masala at the end, but as he said, it's restaurant style. It kills the flavor of the whole spices and natural seasonings. Rest is fine. Also, restaurant chefs don't roast the meat, but drop it in the roasted masala, another practice I question. I suppose one can re-purpose this recipe to your liking. Thanks.
