I did that exact same move on a kid in wrestle offs but he started crying and the coach split us up. The kid ended up winning the match bc I was injured but it's cool

Bottom guys fault, he tried to turn away and put himself in a head and arm choke. Top guy did what your supposed to do when trying to pin, squeeze, lift the head, readjust to keep him on his back. Honestly this is more of the bottom guys fault or the ref. At :34 you see bottom guys hand go limp and he’s choked out. Also should’ve tapped, which you can in wrestling and most refs will/should stop and reset the wrestlers. Basically, they don’t know Jiujitsu and didn’t realize this position is close to a choke while flailing on the ground. No one’s fault shit happens and it’s just a choke. I’ve had jiujitsu coaches choke and won’t stop immediately when you tap to see if you are just wimping out or not very tough.
