Super helpful video, I’m in the same situation. I’m worried my rack is too short for the rails to work. What is your depth from the threads in the front to the threads in the back?

13:30: It's not in the rail, it's not in the rail it's gonna fall!
13:34: I knew it! Nice catch though!

just got my first server ever, an R710. They shipped it poorly and PSUs got smashed in when all the weight was placed on that end. Got a credit from seller and ordered replacements for less than that. Gotta find a rack meow. Thx for the vid!

Hey Craig, I just watched your video on the Dell 710 screw to square rail adapters and had a chuckle watching you load the server into the rails. Having had similar struggles in the past, I found that its easier if you locate the rear pins on the server in the back rail mounting slot and then, using both hands one on either side of the server, place it into the next forward slot by "wiping the rail" onto the pin and then do the front ones. Alternatively, have a partner help. ;-)

Hello, could you tell me which rack model you use for the servers?
    Thanks!
