Who is the steel guitar player? He is so accurate, he does not have to look at the fretboard much. Also, as a modern player, he hits the notes right on, in tune. He does not have to use the old technique of syrupy vibrato. He can pick a note in tune and let his steel bar sit static, right on. Beautiful playing. Accurate. Soulful. Bravo! And he wears glasses.
