Routine to Fix Achilles Tendon Pain - FOLLOW ALONG - No More Tendinitis & Tendinosis

  • Do this 10-minute routine every day if you are suffering from achilles tendinitis or tendinosis. These exercises have fixed my achilles pain and I hope they help you too. You can do this whole session without rest in-between exercises or pause the video. I also recommend you do cross-friction massages and eccentric calf raises before every workout, run or even just for fun during the day. Don't do this routine if you have a fresh injury, if you just had an achilles tendon surgery, or if it gets worse. It should feel better EVERY SINGLE TIME you do this! Please don't start jumping around like crazy just because it feels better after your first session. DON'T increase your training volume for at least a month. I'm not a physical therapist, but I have a lot of experience hurting myself :) So please follow this program at your own risk and listen to your body.
