Many people hate the remote controls that came with their TV. Retailers ought to have an option or promotion of 1 free universal controller for every TV purchase. Many expensive TV share the same lousy remote control as their cheaper cousins with the same issues like mistrigger the smart button when want to up the menu due to lack of spacing-gap button-size button-shape button-different-tactile - luxury. Only the price is luxury, for everything else, there is the sucker trying to sucker others
I never could understand the reason for "black remotes" especially without backlights. Most people watch TV in their Living rooms/Bedrooms with DIM lighting. If you have a large remote it's hard to see text written on it, unless if you have a good memory of all.

I had the earlier Harmony and didn't like the set-up procedure of logging-in on their website just to program the features. Hence it steered me away from ever being a Logitech product customer again.

sofabaton gang stay winnin
I've spent a lot of money on Logitech remotes - NEVER again. From what I'm reading they aren't making new ones or supporting the old models.
Your Wrong Thay Are Supporting Them For Now
@@dougdavies4032 Yes maybe they are supporting them for now but not for long. Still irritates me.
Sofabaton instructions say it can have up to 10 commands in one macro. But how many macros it can have?
will any of them control Windows 10/11?
I'm waiting for one to come along that will "fetch me a beer" with a single push of a button.
The problem with the Logitech is the app is complete TRASH. I have to reconnect it so many times. It’s awful. Worst app I’ve ever used.
True, a total pain. I have the elite and I don't use it.
