In today's video we're tackling the ever present question: Should I be snacking between meals? Almost all of my patients ask me this at least one during our time together. Diet culture has made us feel like snacking is wrong and just contributing extra calories to our day, but the reality is that snacking can be a very important part of your day! Today I'm talking about my guide to snacking (from the position of a non-diet dietitian), plus I tough a little bit on stress eating as well.
