Your honest view of the life as it is

In my experience, fear is the biggest fear when wanting to stop something you have lived for, needed to get by with etc. It's only, as you say when you make a different decision you see there was nothing to fear but your own beliefs. Nobody was born addicted and there was a time when you didn't use. The problem is often what happened after that time. Address that, however painful it may have been or still is and you will be free. Childhood trauma is the biggest issue I came across working in addictions. Keep strong Bill and best wishes as always lad.

Hi Billy, been watching ya video's quietly in the background. I've not looked into ya book and the Thailand experience yet but I will when I get a chance. Just listening to ya talk, I like the posts like this when ya just talk and go with it. Interesting character for sure. Sincere and a good man who turned ya life around, and I know you will definitely have a massive impact on the younger people watching your post's. Make them think, people know if someone's full of shyt. I Can spot them a mile away. Your not selling anything or have a agenda like most do these day's. Especially on youtube podcasts. So yeah just thought I'd type ya this mate. Your helping more people than ya realise, inspiring the youth and those who are a bit vulnerable. With ya honesty. I'm not usually one to leave comments on the Internet. Cheers Billy.

That teabag story is deep. That was a perfect way to explain how there's a hard way and easy way in life. You force your way through it or follow the flow and work with it. Saying no to the oil on the foil is a profound one too. Doing that instantly makes you more powerful and the stronger you say no the more powerful you get from within. All someone has to do is say no and pass it. If they do that succesfully one time, they can feed the power to do it over and over again, each time gaining more strength from taking control of that moment. Badass video that Bill, helpful to anyone who listens. Respect for the thoughtful work.

I always looked down my nose at smack heads when I was a kid but then when I first went away I met some proper decent lads, a lot from Liverpool, old boys bang into the gear. I used to sell 50 packets of burn a week and get 75 packets back. They all used to pay me back it was great. The screws knew what I was doing, I think I helped keep a bit of order on the wing cos the lads was using it to buy gear. So no one really has to get lay ons and very rarely people hit the back door. It was great back then. But like I commented on ya video yesterday, last time I went in in 2017, man! Ya can’t do no business with the kids in there these days. I even joked with some kids saying ‘I’d love to see a smack head’ 🤣 them spice heads are a different breed

The prison system created drug problems with the piss tests. Everyone smoked weed until then. Then everyone got on the gear cos it’s out ya system quicker. Then the spice cos they didn’t test for it. I’ve spoke to lots of drug addicts in prison who all said they’d smoke weed if they didn’t test for it. Imagine prison if everyone smoked weed. Be like the 80’s, I’ve spoke to old boys who smoked weed on a visit 🤣

Ask the average person middle-aged and upwards about their life and they'll mostly tell you about kids, great times, working hard and sometimes struggling but looking after and providing for their families. seeing their kids grow up and guiding them through life etc.
Some people go wrong in life, grow up and try to help others avoid taking the same road.
Then there are life's failures who think being the hardest guy on B wing for half of their life and being known as a psychotic lunatic decades ago is something to brag about on the internet.

Lesson here for everyone non British don't mess with our tea.
I didn't have a stage where i thought I've had enough of this shitty life it was a very slow wind down I'd had enough years and years before I was the second worst addict I've ever known I'm not talking nad behaviour from addiction just a junkie at one stage through and through. Thankfully behind me now it's taken a long, long time I'm getting there now with everything else I still have a wicked temper I've sorted the amount of bs id talk thst stopped about three years ago i even get on with most my family now. I'm going down to see my parents Thursday a much needed break. Can't wait joys of having family down the south coast free holidays.
Im slowly getting back to who i was i have nice kicks again and clothing that was a massive shock to the system the f ing price of a nike t shirt.

I hung out with a kid called Dangerous Dave when I was younger, he's dead now, motorcycle accident whilst off his head, but he had a firm after him and was on drugs beforehand so it would have caught up with him anyway. There was another lad I knew who got sent down for beating his mate to death in a park over a minor disagreement. He stabbed a screw in prison and eventually killed himself inside because he was being bullied.
Keep doing what you're doing, Billy, i'm going to suggest that my sister gets in touch with you to talk to some kids at the school she works at on South Wirral, if that's ok? You're an inspiration, mate.
