The people in the comments saying “3 cylinder” or “very believable shifts”haven’t driven it 🤷🏻♂️ It’s plenty of power, and as far as I can tell in video it’d still beat the new CRV hybrid with quite a bit more power. Unless you’ve actually driven (for more than 15 minutes) 1/2 the vehicles y’all trash in comments stfu 🤭
People in the comments the 22 Rogue does 0-60 7.8sec it's quicker then the 21 model 8.2sec to 60 so it's more than adequate, the new crv and rav4 are slower
I don't understand why would you put a three cylinder in a small large crossover but not slap it in the versa or the Sentra? Seem like it was struggle more in the rogue then the two sedans....
Not to mention that a lot of these crossovers see a lot of highway driving. 3 cylinder engines might offer better fuel economy in the city, but on the highway, things change.
@@dave_riots yeah true like the road ain't small anymore even though they call it compact it really ain't LOL and you slap a three-cylinder turbo in it and now you got to struggle even more and most turbos do okay on the highway but if you punch it they suck gas like a six cylinder LOL...
@@jermainec2462 I can't imagine attempting to fit one of these in a parking space in the city. The engine is too small for the highway, and the body is too big for the city. This car makes no sense.
@@dave_riots well I've seen plenty in my city already and they're almost mid-size crossover size I wouldn't really consider it a compact but that's what they classified as so it can fit in the city but it's just that motor got to do a lot of working LOL especially loaded down
At $42,325 it's about $3,000 overpriced as tested. This is the same price as a base Infiniti Q50 AWD. Less features but better warranty, better quality, better engine. This top of the range Rogue doesn't even have LED interior lighting!
I actually don't like led interior lighting I have it in my 2016 altima but my 2019 altima doesn't have then but the 201o is easier to see inside with the regular lights. This vehicle is pretty nice inside compared to the q50. To get these features you would need 2 spend more money and thats not this cars goal. It's bigger inside for families and with fwd gets 30/37 whi h is about 8mpg higher while using regular fuel than your q50 and nobody us buying this for performance. Or they would probably want an x3 or something. You don't have 2 get a fully loaded version. Sv premium is just fine for 7k less or maybe the SL. After you add over 1k in destination and paying for the different paint and two roof along with the 500 dollar heads up display no wonder it's pushed to 42k...
Love the throaty sound of this 3 cylinder. Love the Newr Rogue. 2024 updates look great as well to make it look more elegant.
7:48 the acceleration like CVT V6 engine that’s insane
The engine is quite good
just ordered one because of this video
It seems nissan is not bad compared with toyota
why did everyone told me nissan CVT was worst?
@@JIMMY-ck1oe how is the car? How is CVT?

Sorry, I don't take orders from family sedans.
@@svenskfox Is an E34 also a family sedan?
Nissan is the best
WOW, that seems like it has an automatic transmission because it replicates gears so well!!

It does have. It there on the doors😂😂
LED interior lighting is too harsh and creates bad glare
Not for me. But I wish Nissan good luck because without mass market cars like this and versa, there will be no Z or GTR or SER's
Sounds good. That's may comeback of good sounding nissans. We're bored of 4 cylinders. Put that engine in brand new silvia, RWD and Manual.

Nice video!!!
Can you test the new Nissan Altima when you have time
It's the same as the old 1 mechanically so really no need if he tested the the pre refresh. I didn't look 2 see if he did.
