Hello! I bought this carrier for 11 months baby, but I have pain in my shoulders after 10 min of carrying baby. Is child to big for it? What did I do wrong?

Hi. It could be that it needs to be tighter. If it’s too loose it will allow your child’s weight to pull away from you which makes them feel heavier. Do you have a local Sling Library or Babywearing Consultant who could help you?
