As someone who loves extreme spice, the worst part is the stomach burn. I have tried everything you can imagine all the way up to about 12 mil Scoville. I love the burn because it's an experience. But, that stomach pain is absolute hell.

I remember trying a hot sauce with Carolina reaper in it with my husband and the sauce itself had a really nice flavor and was tolerable for a few minutes but then afterwards it was like someone was sitting on your chest. My stomach was in pain and we both had heart palpitations. We just spent the rest of the day just feeling bad. And then the spicy shits happened.
This is too relatable. I had a similar experience. However, I added more sauce since it didn’t feel like anything at first 💀boy was I wrong.

Tip: Drink heavy cream for maximum fat to cut the burn. Oxygen promotes the burn so don't breath deeply, easier said than done.
The capsaicin cramps are vicious with that kinda heat. Here's hoping the aftermath isn't too traumatic.

@@dariusrucker6518 bit late but no-one replied to ya so here ya go its because milk and other dairy products are a neutralising agent of capsaicin the spicy molecule, water and sodas just swash it around your mouth so it burns everywhere rather than just your tongue.

As someone who has done a similar challenge around the 10 million Scoville mark, I feel your pain. The pain in your mouth, eyes, tongue, throat is bad, but, what's super bad is the feeling in your stomach. It absolutely wrecks.

Feel for ya man. I did this challenge at our local brewery 8 wings in 5 minutes, with a 5 minute after burn. Had the Carolina reeper, ghost pepper, and scorpion all mixed with capsaicin. Won the shirt, but paid the price through the rest of the night into the morning and what followed was worse. Was so bad I slept out on our porch telling my wife she just might need to call an ambulance. My guts were p!**ed. The problem was the pain came and went in waves. Just as I relaxed my intestines said awe HEII NO!!! Again I feel for ya man!

Yeah meats are a more stagnant form of energy in a way, since it's a dead animal. Fresh Fruit and Vegetables have a fresher/stronger natural energy. Meaning it's a lot easier for the body to to absorb and digest(Which burns a lot of energy). Although that being said the extremists of anti meat eaters is ridiculous, it all comes down to balance within the diet. Continuous high intake of processed meats will definitely effect mood if not balanced out.
