I MISSED Hachioji's 3-day Summer Festival!

This was the first time Hachioji had its summer festival in 4 years. 2020, 2021 and 2022 were cancelled due to Covid fears. I was really looking forward to it, but then came down with a bad case of the flu. Ironic?
