You can get bonus asr with meowficer, which is nice since i always spent core data on any but battery. But, you need like limit break the skill with the same said meowficer which is a pain. So invest meowficer if you got a bunch of dupe sr meow. Battery preferable, imo

For AA Nimi should equip twin 134 gold from the Dido event It gives her a nice firepower boost, it’s shit as an AA gun but Nimi has 85% efficiency and she is a dd and dd AA is irrelevant so it’s best to just give her more firepower
German ships are better in AL, than in OTL, because of the Sirens. Imagine, sb. would send Dönitz back with all the knowledge shortly before the Peace Treaty. He would know all problems of the KMS. This could be problematic for the RN.
