    Love all the tips Jim! Keep up the awesome work! I have sort of an odd request...would you make a video about your tattoos? I've always been interested to see the design more up close and know the meaning behind them (if any). They look amazing! (I think Japanese style tattoos are really neat and interesting)

    Hey Dr. Stoppani, I love implementing step-ups into my legday, after watching this video I'm definitely setting the platform higher and using this stance, my question was whether you use dumbells or a barbell for this variation? I'd assume dumbells would make it easier but would a barbell be dangerous with that wide of a stance?

    GREAT as always! i work out at home and do stepups. I only have dumbells- whats a great exercise besides dumbell front squats to hit those quads.

      try them with a ball on the wall, Keep your spine completly straight, it simulates a leg Extension, but better! It'll put your quads on fire. (dont stick your Butt out)

      mr.reaper1023 Really? I always thought THIS is what you call "manly exercise"... squats looks girly tbf and it's easy to link that movement with "butt training" girls...

    My step-up platform is super heavy, and was welded with a deliberate angle in the platform. I bought it years ago and don't see this in others. Is a small angle ok?
