how often would you recommend doing this method in your training for a single muscle group? multiple weeks in a row until progression or sparingly

Would you recommend this for gaining strength, muscle hypertrophy, or both?

Anyone know if you can do this 7 days a week? How often should you rest? I know Dr. Jim has mentioned 7 days in a row before for whole body training. Just wanting to be safe. Also, does anyone else think Dr. Jim's arms look like a komodo dragon's arms? So beefy

Adding in this workout technique, one of these exercises I'm doing is barbell military presses from the floor, I can only get 30 in the 4 minutes, is the exercise too slow for this technique? It's definitely not too heavy as I'm only doing 85 pounds

Like your vids but for a bodybuilder the tatts are too much, tough to even see the muscle being worked on.

Your 4-minute muscle building technique looks similar to your Density Push-up scheme.

Adil Shahid Jim explains it at the end. You can do either a full body workout or a split routine (a few muscle groups, doing a few different 4min workouts per group). Approx. 36 training minutes plus your rest period. How you hid your 36-45 reps is entirely your preference.
