About the lights from other vehicles dominating lights on your Safari, its a feature in the new Harrier and Safari, it dims your light when the car sees there is someone with lights coming towards you. Just look at your video @3:43 the headlight dims itself momentarily and resumes its full intensity once the vehicle passes. You can turn it off if you want.
That is the feature in model with ADAS only.. not in mine.

Accomplish variant ki light ki throw jyada hogi sayad se if iam not wrong..
not sure but as per my understanding the headlight setup is same. only difference is that due to ADAS, it get light boost but only in limited scenarios
mileage kitna de rhi hai abhi?
City main small to long distance is more or less around 10, Highway pe 80 kmph pe 20.. leking jaise hi speed badaoge (100-110) kafi drop hoti hai... but avg is around 16-16.5 on instrument cluster. I have not checked tank to tank.
